Town & Country Planning Act 1990, The Town & Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011

SITE: Peel Centre, Peel Drive, Colindale, London, NW9 5JE

PROPOSAL: Hybrid planning application for the phased comprehensive re-development of part of the existing Peel Centre site including the demolition of all existing buildings and the prvision of a residential-led mixed use development comprising up to 2,900 new residential units (Use Class C3), with 888 units in full detail and up to 2,012 units in outline in buildings ranging from 2 – 21 storeys; up to 10,000 square metres of non-residential floor space (Use classes (A1 – A4, D1, D2); the provision of a 3 form entry primary school (including nursery provision) and a minimum of 4 hectares of public open space. Assoociated site preperation/enabling works, transport infrasturcture namwly a new pedestrian connection to Colindeep Lane and junction works, landscaping and car parking. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Further to my previous letter, please note that amended plans have been submitted in respect of the above planning application, and the description of the proposal has also changed. All comments that have already been submitted will be taken into consideration. Any additional comments you wish to make on the application must be recieved in writing by 5th June 2015 in order to be considered when determining the applicaiton. Comments will form part of the public planning register. Should this application go before a committee, members of the public may address that committee, subject to certain conditions.
