Proposals For Land Adjoining Willow Gardens


Dear Leaseholder/Owner,

You are aware that Choices are responsible for the regeneration of Grahame Park Estate opposite Willow Gardens, and this development is gathering pace and as such we have invited representatives of Choices to meet the residents of Willow Gardens to update them of what is happening and also to inform us of the proposals for land adjoining Willow Gardens.

This will be of great importance to all residents of the Willow Gardens and particularly the owners/leaseholders of the properties in Arran Court, Beaumont Court, Deal Court and Grant Court as these courtyards are adjacent to the redeveloped land (in the Phase !b of the new development to the east of the thye Willow Gardens)

The representatives of Choices will be present for this purpose at the invitation of the Committee Members of Grahame Park West Management Ltd at:
